Ich wollte nur nach dem Öl schauen und fand Grande Katastrophe.


Also neuen bestellt und heute getauscht. Ist recht schnell gemacht. Benutztes Werkzeug: Sclauchzangen zum abdichten der Kühlschläusche, kleiner Schraubendreher zum entriegeln der Stecker und Verbinden. Mittlerer Schraubendreher für die Schlauchschelle am Faltenbalg Luftmassenmesser.


Luftfilterkasten muß raus. Dazu Stecker vom Luftmassenmesser abziehen(entriegelung ist unten) und die Schlauchschelle vom Faltenbalg lösen. Bowdenzug der Haubenentriegelung ausclipsen, fertsch.



Schläuche quetschen, damit nix raus suppen tut und den Stecker vom Kühlmittelstandsgeber abziehen. Der Stecker war eigentlich das meiste Gefummel.

Jetzt wirds spannend. Kühlschlauch oben entriegeln und abziehen. Schaut man jetzt von oben auf den Behälter hat er vorne in der schwarzen Halterung zwei Haltenasen. Entriegeln und man kann den Behälter nach oben ab nehmen. Eine Schüssel bereit stellen, unteren Schlauch entriegeln Beim abziehen kommt da ein Schluck Kühlwasser. Finger drauf und ab in die Schüssel zum entleeren.

Zusammenbau alles in umgekehrter Reihenfolge. Zeitaufwand. 30-45 Minuten als Hobbyschrauber.

Ja schon. Aber für 82Eur liegts noch im Karton. Lass mal bei BMW einbauen! Rabatt aufs Teil bekommste dann aber a net. :)
